Responsibilities:
To implement Insurance software products:
- Responsible for capturing business requirements from the customer
- Responsible for documenting the requirements and providing business solutions
- Responsible to map insurance products to suit with the customer’s requirements
- Conducting quality assurance tests or internal testing before releasing to customers
- Supporting user acceptance tests as well as providing post-production support to the project team
- Ready to take assignments with a high degree of complexity and broad scope
- Able to understand the issues from the customers and able to communicate the appropriate solutions until the case is closed
Requirements:
- Good verbal and written communication skills in Thai and English
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree with minimum 2-3 years working experience in the Insurance (Life or non life) industry
- Strong conceptual, ability to analysis information and communication
- Ability to understand customer’s industry and core business processes, and then identify the problems they are facing
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Degree required: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Management Information System, Computer Science
- Self-starter with ability to operate with minimum supervision
