Last summer when we visited our hometown in Philippines, we didn’t enjoy it much because it’s always raining cats and dogs! Because of the rain, crabgrass sprouted around the house and we’re living like in the middle of the jungle. I volunteered to weed the grass off or better yet use crabgrass killer to clear the area but my father said that it’s not a good idea because of the rainy season,it’s the best condition for crabgrass to grow . They’ll wait for the sun to come up before weeding the area and plant sweet potatoes, bananas and other other house plants.
Yesterday, my younger brother who happened to visit home posted photos of the house improvement . My father and siblings managed to plant sweet potatoes, bananas and house plants! I love how everything turns out! I always dream of someday retiring in a house surrounded with garden. Here are some of the photos:
